Nightmare Repellents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As is probably obvious from the name, I am <strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0a fan of spiders. \u00a0This is also the understatement of the year. \u00a0This spray is non-toxic and kid-and-pet-safe. \u00a0It also has the added benefit of smelling deliciously wonderful! \u00a0Spiders are repelled by a lot of natural oils that are derived from plants and fruits. \u00a0A list of suggested oils are listed below the \u00a0recipes.<\/p>\n<p>As there are oils and detergent in it, it could stain some fabrics so I would recommend testing it on a hidden area. \u00a0Always add a bit of oil at a time, as oils have varying levels of scent intensity.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients and Supplies<\/h2>\n<p><strong> Recipe #1<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14 oz (or more) spray bottle<\/li>\n<li>10-12 oz water<\/li>\n<li>squirt of dish soap<\/li>\n<li>Essential oils (see list below for suggestions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recipe #2<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14 oz (or more) spray bottle<\/li>\n<li>10-12 oz water<\/li>\n<li>1 part coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>1 Part white vinegar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Cap bottle and shake to blend ingredients<\/p>\n<h2>Use<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Spray along windowsills, doorways, and any possible entry point for spiders.<\/li>\n<li>Spray cobwebs and anywhere spiders have been seen
