Stinky Feet Spray

I love this stuff! It can be sprayed both directly on the feet and inside offending shoes. I use this a lot in my husband’s combat boots and sneakers and, if it works on his shoes, it will work anywhere! This is essentially odorless but the vodka acts as a neutralizer. The optional essential oils blend to add a fresh scent that is not overpowering.

Ingredients & Supplies

  • spray bottle
  • 1/2 cup distilled water
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 20 drops tea tree oil
  • 5 drops orange oil (optional)
  • 5 drops lavender oil (optional)
  • 3 drops lemongrass oil (optional)

Directions

Add ingredients together and shake to blend. I recommend refrigerating this spray.

Use

Spray in shoes and bottoms of feet.

Notes: This oil is for topical use only!
