Headache & Snoozy Tea

The following tea blend was submitted by a friend, Laurel Rule, a fellow sufferer of massive headaches!  She has found that its aromatherapy properties helped with sleeping, as well.  She suggests taking it daily, and using a dedicated pepper mill for grinding the seed fresh for each brew.  The bay leaves contain the same anti-inflammatory as feverfew and are much easier to find.

Ingredients & Supplies (per cup)

  • pepper mill
  • boiling water
  • mug
  • tea ball or muslin tea bag (optional)
  • 3-4 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seed

 Directions

  • Place bay leaves in mug.
  • Grind 1/2 tsp coriander into mug.
  • Add boiling water and steep until cool enough to drink.
  • Strain!

Note: You can also place ingredients in a tea ball/bag and eliminate the straining.
